This problem occured because Window is suck.
You can fix this,
1) Open "regedit"
2) Go to path HKLM/SOFTWARE/Javasoft/JavaRuntimeEnvironment
3) See "CurrentVersion" key has value
4) Open sub-directory like the value of "CurrentVersion"
5) Fix the java-intalled-path
